Before I get to the answer I need to build up some simple concepts we often tend to overlook.
Let's take a look at it geometrically first. And start with the humble point. Euclid, and modern mathematics define a point as 'that which has no part-a widthless length. Meaning a point has no dimension, length width or depth.
We symbolize this with a dot. But even a dot on a piece of paper has length, breadth and even thickness.
A line is a series of non-dimensional points creating 'length.' Which is the reason why a line can be infinite Italy divided in half.
A flat plane of zero curvature is the intersection of multiple lines.
Now, as to your question:
The entire material universe is constructed of electrical waves. An electrical wave, similar to an ocean wave extends to crests and troughs from a flat plane of zero curvature.
That flat plane is the fulcrum I'm talking about.
Matter 'emerges' from that flat plane as a ring at the base of a cone. As gravity compresses, that ring prolates and condenses into a sphere at the top of a wave amplitude which is 90 degrees from its origin on the flat plane of zero curvature. When matter 'returns' to its source, the opposite happens. The sphere 'unwinds' and oblates back to a series of rings which return to they flat plane.
The other key to the above lies in the inert gases, which I will talk about in a future article.
You and I, do this in principle everyday. When we are at rest in sleep, we're are parallel with the curvature of the Earth in a 'flat plane'. When we arise in the morning for the purpose of performing work, we rise to our feet at an angle of 90 degrees from that flat plane. Then, we return to that flat plane of rest in sleep.
Our physical universe can't move without its fulcrum any more than a a well pump could pump water without its fulcrum.
Geometrically, our universe is comprised of an infinite amount of dimensionless points--meaning Omnispresence.
The reason we can't 'detect' the zero universe is because it is vibrationless and silent. Our senses and the instruments we construct only respond to motion. We cannot sense the zero universe, but we can KNOW it.
The zero universe of Mind is a nondimensional quality of eternal Idea which simulates those Ideas in an infinite amount of repeating quantities of electrical matter--forever, without beginning or end.
